1. Who you are contracting with

Ravee is operated by Seneqa Group ("Seneqa Group", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Ravee you enter into an agreement with Seneqa Group on these terms.

2. Acceptance

By registering for, accessing or continuing to use Ravee you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use Ravee on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. What Ravee does

Ravee takes a topic you type in, generates a narration script using artificial intelligence, optionally researches current information about the topic on the web, and synthesises the script into spoken audio. You receive an audio episode, a transcript and, where research was used, a list of sources.

4. Your account

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Ravee. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to produce unlawful content;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including through malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping or automated bulk access;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense the service, or circumvent usage limits;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the service.

6. AI-generated content

• You are responsible for the topics and instructions you submit, for having the rights to any material you input, for verifying the accuracy of the output, and for how you use the resulting audio and transcript.
• You must not use Ravee to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, deceptive deepfakes or voice impersonation of real people, malware, or content designed to circumvent our safeguards.
• As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the episodes you generate for your own use; we retain ownership of the platform, models integration, prompts and voices used to produce them.
• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Ravee episodes are for general information and entertainment only and are not medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Verify anything you intend to rely on or publish.
• We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove content, and suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.
• Rights holders may report infringing content to us at the contact address below; we will review, remove where appropriate, and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Intellectual property

Seneqa Group and its licensors retain all rights in the Ravee service, including the software, interfaces, documentation, branding and trade marks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have chosen. You grant us a limited licence to host and process the content you submit solely to provide the service to you.

8. Service level

We work to keep Ravee available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Generation depends on third-party AI and speech providers and may occasionally fail or be delayed. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan changes take effect at the next billing date. Refunds are covered by our 14-day Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends; you can download your episodes before your account closes, after which your data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Seneqa Group's place of establishment, and the courts there have jurisdiction over disputes.
